Mon, 14 Oct 2013 23:59:07 +0000http://point2steve.com/?p=944#comment-1537All I can say is that you can’t operate a hotel charging $470+ a night relying simply on “the view.” I am not asking for 5-star resort type service, but a simple good morning and the holding of doors is hospitality management 101. I have had better service at a Candlewood Suites in Ohio. However, I am in agreement that this is probably one of the nicer hotels in HK and would consider staying here again…just not at that pricetag. The real issue here is that HK unemployment is ~3% and their level of service is just not up to speed. When’s dinner?
